Welcome to Nth. By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Nth is a personal productivity application that provides habit tracking, task management, notes, calendar, budget tracking, and investment portfolio monitoring. It is developed and operated by an individual developer and is provided for personal use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify the administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Nth is not a financial advisor. The budget tracking, investment portfolio, stock quotes, and any other financial features provided by Nth are for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.
Stock and cryptocurrency prices are provided by third-party services (Finnhub and CoinGecko) and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Nth makes no guarantees about the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any financial data displayed.
If you choose to link a bank account through Plaid, you authorize Nth to retrieve your account and transaction information through Plaid's services. Nth does not store your bank login credentials. Your use of Plaid is also subject to Plaid's terms and privacy policy.
Nth is provided on a best-effort basis. The developer does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond the developer's control.
While Nth maintains rotating backups of your data, these backups are stored on the same server and are not a substitute for your own data backups. The developer is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or inability to recover data, regardless of the cause. You are encouraged to maintain your own copies of any important data.
Nth is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nth at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may also request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting the developer.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Nth. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Nth after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
